We're not just another rental studio — we're a space built by photographers, for photographers. Every room comes with the lights, the backdrops, a hair and makeup area, and somebody on site if you need us. Show up with your camera and let's get to work.
A true blank canvas with room to move. Full makeup and hair station, a private dressing room for your talent, professional lighting and grip, and seamless brackets mounted on both the length and the width — so your paper runs whichever way the shot needs it to.
Our commercial room, and the one people drive in for. The seamless cyc wall kills the corner entirely — no harsh angle, no shadow line — so product, fashion and motion work come out clean and cinematic. Plenty of room to build a real lighting setup.
A fully built set that changes with the season, so there's always something new in here without you building it yourself. Right now it's Sahara Sands, up through September 20. You don't have to drive hours to the beach — we brought it to you.
Have you seen The Lightbox? Six hundred square feet of natural light, white walls, white ceilings, white floors. Soft light bouncing everywhere, no setup required. Honestly — it's hard to take a bad shot in there.
Straight out of the rooms — no filters, no staging tricks. This is what you're walking into.
We have strobes. We have seamless paper. We have the modifiers you were about to ask if we have. It's all part of the rental, not an upsell — so the only thing you need to walk in with is the body and glass you love shooting on.
One thing worth knowing: setup and strike happen inside your booking, not before it. If you're building something elaborate, grab an extra hour and shoot relaxed — nobody does their best work watching the clock.

55 East Spring St, second floor. The street level looks quiet — we're upstairs. It's a real studio, promise.
There's a small freight elevator, so your lighting cases and video carts don't have to take the stairs.
Two paid lots on either side of the building, plus metered street parking right out front.
People do it here all the time. We're not fully soundproofed, but with a mic the background noise is minimal.
Bring your playlist — we believe in a fire playlist. Just keep it at a level that respects the other creatives in the building.
Welcome. Just clean up after your session so we don't have to charge a cleaning fee.
No confetti, glitter or smoke bombs. And no parties or events — this is a working studio.
Please don't cut it. If paper gets cut it's $5 per foot.
We don't refund cancellations, but you can reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.
